Tipsy

I was responding to a thread on Two Peas in a Bucket regarding scrapping while angry.  I have never scrapped angry.  I'm kind of like a cheetah when it comes to anger; I can get extremely angry very quickly.  And it will last for a solid 60 seconds.  After that I'm done and need a six hour nap to recoup. 

I responded to the thread that I have scrapped "tipsy".

It was by accident (just ask Liza and Keri since they were there too).  Never mind how it happened; it was only supposed to be two rum and diet Cokes.  And technically they were, only they had double shots in them.  Roh roh Raggy.

This is what I thought was good scrapping.

And this is what went horribly wrong

1.  It's a two-page layout.  The volleyball was supposed to extend to the second  page.  Could not for the life of me figure out how to do it, even though I had the cut piece IN MY HANDS.  Nope, could not get it glued to the second page.

2.  There is supposed to be an even gutter here with the picture to the right.

3.  Nice matte job (on three sides anyway).  Tried to fix at the time but could not stop giggling.

4.  I like to call this my traffic jam as I have three things trying to park in one spot.  "Fall" is not supposed to go here.  See item #5.

5.  I have no idea how "Fall 2006" got separated this way.

6.  This was supposed to be a journaling tag that had info on who was in the picture.  There's an actual journaled tag, I just ran out of room next to the picture.  (Because that's the only place it could go people!)

After finishing my two page masterpiece, I stopped scrapping and had some carne asada tacos from Santana's.  Nothing cures tipsy like time and yummy Mexican food.

I have two choices at this point.  I can break out the adhesive remover and try to save the layout, or I can print out a copy of this post and paste it to the back of the layout.  I'm going for the latter since it would make good family lore about crazy grandma Teri.

Wow, I laughed so hard reading this! Thanks. It's not horrible, BTW. Just...uneven. But with a reason!

I laughed so hard my husband had to come see what was so funny! I think #5 is my favorite. I thought the title was "Volleyball Fall". Lol! Putting this entry on the back sounds like a wonderful idea!

Oh, that's great! I can't scrap angry either. I like the idea of putting this blog post on the back of the layout - or even making a separate layout! lol

Volleyball is an interesting sport. You must control on your temper. Because it is not so good for your health and sport.
